This App will help you gain a deeper understanding of prescriber networks in your territory and nationally based on their prescribing patterns and relationships with other HCPs.

An analysis of patient referral patterns (both documented referrals and inferred referrals) between doctors is the basis for determining relationships and serves as a proxy for peer-to-peer influence.

This tool is designed to help you:

• Identify high priority targets
• Understand who is connected / has presumed influence on your targets or vice versa
• Find HCPs who have certain prescribing patterns (e.g., high Entresto Rx volume, early adopters, other)
• Get a high-level understanding of the patient volume and mix of individual HCPs
• Use HCP attributes (such as 'target', 'early adopter', 'hub', etc.) to inform your call planning (or coordinate with other reps)
